Corrugated Cardboard Cosmetic Displays – Strong, Lightweight & Custom-Made for Beauty Brands
If you’re launching a new skincare line or restocking your retail shelves, finding the right display matters. Corrugated cardboard cosmetic displays offer an ideal balance between strength, weight, and print quality. They hold serums, lipsticks, palettes, or creams without looking cheap – and they’re 100% recyclable.
We keep things practical. Minimum order quantity is 100 units. That’s low enough for small indie brands, but also works for larger seasonal promotions. Standard production time runs 15–20 days after artwork approval. Need samples faster? Quick sampling takes just 5–7 days, so you can check material, fit, and print before committing to the full run.
How We Make These Displays – A Clear Look at the Process
We don’t cut corners. Each display starts with B-flute or E-flute corrugated cardboard – E-flute is thinner and prints better for small cosmetic boxes, while B-flute gives more stacking strength for heavier products like body lotions or gift sets.
Step 1 – Structural design
Our packaging engineers sketch the layout based on your product dimensions. Lipstick displays need different slot angles than foundation bottles. We add tabs, locking mechanisms, and sometimes a small header for branding. No glue is wasted – everything interlocks when possible.
Step 2 – Die-cutting
Once the design is approved, we create a steel rule die. This die stamps the cardboard into precise shapes – openings, folded edges, and assembly notches. For quick sampling (5–7 days), we use a laser cutter or a smaller die to speed things up.
Step 3 – Printing
We use flexographic or offset printing depending on quantity and color needs. Up to 4 colors is standard, but spot colors and CMYK are available. The ink is water-based, safe for cosmetic packaging, and won’t smudge or rub off onto your products. Your logo, barcode, and “clean beauty” messaging stay sharp.
Step 4 – Folding, gluing & assembly
Flat die-cut pieces go through a folder-gluer. Some displays need a drop of hot melt glue on the side panels. Others stay glue-free and lock by pressure. We then stack them flat – they take almost no space in shipping, which saves you freight cost.
Step 5 – Quality check
Every batch is checked for slot alignment, print registration, and burst strength. We test a few assembled units with your actual product samples (if you provide them) to make sure nothing falls out or tips over.
Why Our MOQ & Lead Times Make Sense
-
MOQ 100 units – No need to order thousands. Test a new display design or run a limited edition without overstocking.
-
15–20 days production – Realistic for corrugated processing, die-cutting, and drying time. We ship from our facility, so add transit days based on your location.
-
5–7 day quick sampling – Rushed market launch? Trade show next month? The fast sample lets you hold the physical display, take photos, or send it to a buyer for approval.
-
Order your samples before finalizing artwork. That 5–7 day window saves you from reprinting 100 pieces with a wrong slot size. Once the sample is signed off, production starts immediately – and you’ll have shelf-ready displays in about three weeks.
